I want to thank your service department for all their help getting my 2008 Edge operational. Your service department went above and beyond and were able to have my car operational far sooner than I thought it would take. My car would not recognize the security chip in my key and with the assistance of your service crew I was able to solve the problem. You have very good people working for you. Thank you again.
