My experience with Taylor Ford over the past year and a bit has been fantastic. Mark Burrows was our salesman, and he was fantastic during not only the sales process, but everything afterward. He's incredibly responsive in dealing with any questions or concerns that I have and has provided plenty of valuable information. I only wish that all of my auto purchase (and post purchase) experiences had been like this in the past. Mark has been a key factor in my recommendation to many people to shop at Taylor ford.

Your service department went above and beyond and were able to have my car operational far sooner than I thought it would take. My car would not recognize the security chip in my key and with the assistance of your service crew I was able to solve the problem. You have very good people working for you. Thank you again.
